Our maximum print size is 14.5” wide by 17” tall.

The standard minimum is 72 pieces, per design. Orders below 72 pieces may be subject to additional fees. You can mix and match any number of garment types to meet the minimum. (For example: 50 short sleeve t-shirts, 10 long sleeve t-shirts and 12 pullover hoodies)
You can send us a High Resolution (300dpi) .jpg , Photoshop (.psd), TIFF (.tif) or Illustrator (.ai) file and we’ll do the rest! Please make sure your artwork is created and saved at 300dpi and sized according to the size you’d like it to be printed. Any changes necessary to make your artwork print-ready could result in an art charge. Not good with Photoshop? No problem! Our art department can work with you to make your design a reality. If you have any questions feel free to call any time and speak to one of our friendly art directors.
Rush – If you need your garments turned around in 1-2 days your job could be subject to a rush fee. Please consult your salesperson regarding this charge if you need your order expedited! Your emergency is our priority, especially if another merchandise provider has let you down.
Art – If we receive art from you that is not print-ready there may be an additional design fee. You will be notified if your artwork is not usable and in need of additional assistance. We’re here to help you!
Screens – If you place an order below the minimum (72 pieces) a $25 screen fee per ink color & or location will apply. (For example: a 48 piece order with 2 colors on the front of the garment will result in $50 in screen fees.) Order the minimum, at the very least - you wont regret it!
Color Change – If you choose multiple ink colors for your design there may be a $25 color change fee, per color change (For example: a 100 piece order on black shirts where 50 get white ink and 50 get red ink, for the same design, could result in a $25 fee.)
Most jobs are turned around within 5 days of final art approval, meaning your turnaround time starts once we have all of your art and you have approved the mock-up we have provided you. However, in most cases your order will be ready within 48-72 hours. Of course certain factors that are out of our control can affect turnaround time as well such as supplier availability, weather delays, etc. Your order will be accompanied by a tracking number at the time of shipment.
Payment is appreciated on approval of your order. We accept all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), Cash, Check and PayPal.
We always strive to get our prints as accurate as possible in comparison to the image you’re seeing on your screen. There are a number of factors that contribute to color accuracy when printing on textiles. (makeup of materials, garment color, etc.) We will do everything necessary to get your merchandise to look as close to your artwork as possible. Nothing will be printed without your approval!
Process screen printing is the method we use to bring your full color design to life, such as a photorealistic image or something containing a lot of shading and detail. Process screen printing is, put simply, manipulating pixels in the artwork stage of production to achieve the look of dozens of colors/shades using only a few colors.
Yes. Should you? Probably not, especially if you have a design with a lot of detail. The best quality print requires a flat surface to print on. This is not a problem for printing a standard t-shirt on the front or back. Adding a zipper or seam makes it harder to achieve this. Ink can build up in the space where the zipper or seam meets the garment. Inconsistencies can occur, but we work for you!
Follow the normal care instructions on your garment. For best results, turn your garment inside out when washing and drying.
Certain garments have different characteristics, which are sometimes to the benefit of the person wearing the garment, but to the disadvantage of the print. A few examples are:
- Ribbed shirts, such as certain baby doll style tees
- Canvas (usually found in tote bags)
- Heavy Fleece
We can print on these garments, they are just not preferable for holding a lot of detail. We can always show you samples of previously printed jobs.
PMS (Pantone Matching System) is a standardized key used by designers and printers to ensure color accuracy across multiple platforms. This is how we are able to get your printed garment as close to what you see on screen as possible. If your design requires a specific Pantone color please let your salesperson know in advance and we can make it happen, free of charge! As a reference you can check out https://www.pantone.com/color-finder for more information on Pantone colors.
